• What’s the delivery time?
    • The delivery time is usually 3 – 6 days (in individual cases up to 10 days) after receipt of payment.
  • How often are packages sent?
    • Parcels are sent every day, except on weekends
  • How soon will my order be shipped after my payment confirmation?
    • The shipment will be sent the next working day after the payment confirmation. If we received payment for your order on Friday, the shipment will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Tracking the shipment
    • After the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code of your shipment.
  • Is the package secret?
    • The package is anonymous, we do not give any indication of what is in the package, including website address or other information.
  • If there is a typographical error in the address?
    • If the address is wrong, we can correct it online within the first 2-3 days after shipping. Your shipment could be returned to us due to an incorrect address. If the shipment is returned due to your mistake, all you have to do is pay the re-delivery cost and we will resend the order.
  • If a package is lost in transit?
    • If your shipment is lost due to force majeure, we will send it to you again at our expense and free of charge.
